Case background
The patient wanted to close spaces between the teeth and restore tooth 21, the upper left central incisor, which was discoloured following trauma.

Treatment of the discoloured tooth
Tooth 21 received root canal treatment, followed by internal (intracoronal) bleaching within the crown of the root-filled tooth.
Periodontal assessment and care
Mild gingivitis prompted referral for periodontal care before rehabilitation continued.
Restorations tailored to each tooth
The upper teeth were restored with composite veneers on the upper canines (13 and 23), ceramic veneers on teeth 12, 21 and 22, and a dental crown on tooth 11 (the upper right central incisor). Tooth numbers follow the FDI system.
Outcome and context
The final photograph documents the smile after treatment. The plan combined different materials and restoration types rather than applying the same solution to every tooth.
