Case background
The patient attended after orthodontic treatment and composite veneers, feeling dissatisfied with the outcome. A new comprehensive plan was developed from an assessment of the clinical situation and the patient’s goals.

Composite removal and planning
The composite veneers were removed after orthodontics. A wax-up and mock-up followed to plan and assess the proposed tooth shapes.
Ceramic restorations
The final phase included 20 ceramic veneers: 10 on the upper arch and 10 on the lower arch, within the individual treatment plan.
Outcome and context
The final photograph shows the ceramic restorations after the treatment phases. Selecting ceramics in this case does not mean that composite veneers are unsuitable for other patients.
